The Boulevard Restaurant is housed in a unique building that was put up in 1806 and survived during the fire of 1812. Combination of Moscow antiquity and modern design determines the style of the restaurant. The name Boulevard symbolizes atmosphere of good taste and joy of life.
The Boulevard Restaurant consists of two halls. The upper hall, which is the main one, is designed in light colors and classic style. Its interiors emphasize exquisiteness and luxury of the Boulevard Restaurant. The lower banquet hall is furnished with white leather sofas and wall panels made of onyx. The restaurant also features the VIP-hall and the summer veranda.
The menu of the restaurant consists of exquisite and unusual dishes prepared by talented team of cooks headed by chef Thomas Kiarelli, the champion of France among young chefs. Being the master of experiments, he pleases the guests with unexpected components' combinations. Among his inventions are the dish consisting of chocolate and mushrooms, carpaccio with pineapple and pepper, roasted pigeon with cacao sauce, sweet potato and juniper berries. All the dishes are prepared with help of unique restaurant equipment, on basis of light vegetable sauces. The extensive wine carte perfectly combines the exquisite menu of the Boulevard Restaurant.
In the evenings the guests of the restaurant are entertained with live music - harp, jazz, or French chanson. Light music is a nice addition to delicious meal.
The guests are welcome to leave their cars on the guarded parking place.
