Russian Communist Workers’ Party (RKRP) emerged from the anti-revisionist and anti-Gorbachov Movement of Communist Initiative. Established in November 1991 with the aims of resurrecting socialism, Soviet power and the USSR, the party indulged into the struggle without delay and took the lead of mass anti-Yeltsin demonstrations and rallies.
